Escape from reality and seclude yourself in this gorgeous and captivating home on 11 acres near the Rich Mountain Wilderness! The home has easy access to many of the area's apple orchards and is less than 10 miles from BJ Reece Orchards, Hillcrest Orchards, and Cartecay Vineyards. You can travel 12 miles to visit Blackberry Mountain Clear Creek Trail Head or Buckley Vineyards, and if you are in the mood to drive just a bit further, you can reach Amicalola Falls State Park 20 miles away.
This delightful escapade has three levels full of comfort and great amenities that will make your stay truly unforgettable! The lower level offers two bedrooms, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a bathroom with a jetted tub. The primary bedroom has access to a screened porch and patio. The yard offers plenty of space to play catch, so be sure to bring your favorite ball to toss!
The main level is on the second floor and has the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and all the appliances needed to whip up delicious meals for the crew. Enjoy coffee each morning or dine alfresco for lunch or dinner on the screened porch off the living room, where guests can admire beautiful seasonal mountain views. A gas grill is also available for cookouts, so don't hesitate to show off your grilling skills. There is plenty of space to spread out and stream a favorite series or movie on the smart TV or find your favorite spot to do a little reading. Board games are supplied for endless in-home entertainment as well. The upper level features a lofted area with a desk and the third and final bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is beautiful and very private. The porch was wonderful. The kitchen was well set up. The bedrooms were comfortable and both downstairs bedrooms had their own bathrooms.
It is about 15 minutes to Ellijay and 35 minutes to Almicola Falls State Park.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Was disappointed that we were informed only after booking that there is a one mile gravel road to the house and that 4wd/awd vehicles are recommended. We had front wheel drive vehicles, and while we were able to make it, one of the vehicles scraped a couple of times on the way up. Also, if it had rained, the drive would have been extremely difficult for us.
Also, the fire pit was nice, but the area was much smaller than it appears in the photos.
