The main level is the heart of the home, with a spacious lounge and large windows capturing the outlook towards the water. The well-equipped kitchen connects with the dining area and outdoor deck, making it easy to enjoy meals together or simply sit back with a morning coffee or afternoon drink while taking in the coastal views.



For year-round comfort, the home features reverse-cycle air conditioning and a cosy gas log fire, making it just as inviting for a winter escape as it is for a summer beach holiday.



The main bedroom is located on the upper level and features a queen bed and ensuite with shower. There is also a separate toilet on this level.



Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, the main bathroom and laundry with washing machine, giving families or groups plenty of space to spread out.



Best of all, the garden gate provides direct access to Garden Bay Beach, so swimming, beach walks and relaxed days by the water are only moments away.

Best of all, the garden gate provides direct access to Garden Bay Beach – no need to load up the car for a day by the water.



Self check-in is available via a key safe, with arrival information provided prior to check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Malua Bay is a relaxed South Coast seaside village known for its beaches, coastal scenery and easygoing holiday atmosphere.



The home sits directly on Garden Bay Beach Park, making swimming, beach walks and time by the water incredibly easy.



Malua Bay Beach is also nearby and offers a larger family-friendly beach with a grassy reserve, playground, picnic and barbecue facilities. During the summer season, Malua Bay Beach is patrolled.



Local cafés, takeaway options and everyday essentials are all within easy reach, while Batemans Bay is approximately 10–15 minutes away by car for larger supermarkets, shopping, restaurants and family attractions.



The location also makes a great base for exploring Broulee, Mossy Point, Mogo and the wider Eurobodalla coastline.



Getting Around:

One of the best things about staying here is that you won't need the car every time you want to head to the beach – Garden Bay Beach is accessed directly through the back gate.



Several local cafés and dining options are also within walking distance, while Malua Bay Beach and the local shopping area are nearby.



For exploring further afield, having a car is recommended. Batemans Bay is around a 10-minute drive away, with Broulee, Mogo and other South Coast beaches also easily accessible.

Garage parking is available at the property.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Linen and bath towels are provided – guests should bring their own beach towels.

• The home is arranged over two levels and internal stairs are required to access the downstairs bedrooms.
