This was the perfect home for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We loved the layout of the house. And the yard, pool and hot tub were incredible. We would definitely come back.

Property was very nice, clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit. Check in code did not work on the doors. Delayed access about 15 minutes. Access to downtown Palm Springs was a breeze. We requested an early check in and it was granted. We requested a late check out and no response was ever received from the property manager. We had various plumbing issues. The main bathroom toilet leaked water onto the floor and could only be stopped by turning the water off to the toilet. A handyman was called and said he fixed the issue but he did not. The toilet paper holder in the same bathroom fell off the wall. One of the other bathrooms had a very slow draining sink. We'd go back to the residence with assurances that the plumbing issues were resolved. No credit was offered as a result of plumbing issues. Thank goodness for 3 other bathrooms. Poor customer service from the property mgr. The property mgr said they were not feeling well and that was the reason for poor service. Delegate responsibility!! :(
