Perfectly located between Denver & Boulder with easy highway access, it’s the ideal home base for friends, families, and travelers seeking relaxation and adventure.
Enjoy the best of both worlds with quick access to Denver (15–20 min), Boulder (25 min), Golden (20 min), and Red Rocks (25 min). Whether you’re exploring the mountains, the city, or simply savoring a quiet evening at home, this is your perfect Colorado basecamp.
HYGGE HOUSE FEATURES:
✦ 4 Comfortable bedrooms (1 King + 4 Queens) equipped with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, spare pillows & blankets, white noise machine, mirror, full closet/dresser & a desk in both downstairs bedrooms
✦ Bathrooms – 2 full bathrooms each equipped with a bathtub, hotel-style towels, and complementaries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washcloths, hairdryer, and a make-up mirror
