About this house rental
The cute little white cottage is tucked back on a dirt road in a private community, rightfully named Paradise Point... Newly built in the Spring of 2022, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, open concept floor plan is perfectly situated for families, featuring a king master on the main floor , a custom bunk room that sleeps 4 (up to 250 lbs each - not just for kids!), and a queen guest room. Our private dock is covered should you choose to arrive by boat (or rent one & need a place to keep it overnight.) Less than an hour from Clemson University & University of Georgia, it’s perfect for a week long summer break or a quick weekend getaway...
Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, Fully Stocked Kitchen, board games, books & only 12 min to the nearest boat ramp!
Our cozy, comfortable & modern space offers the perfect place for families to eat, sleep & play!
EAT:
Open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Head outside where we offer a charcoal grill and outdoor seating for the perfect picnic. Or stay inside, sitting around our beautiful wooden table and comfy leather chairs.
Keurig coffee pot, new set of pots & pans, kitchen knives, baking sheets, mixing bowls, serving bowls, blender, toaster, etc are all available for use.
SLEEP:
The master bedroom offers a relaxing king suite with private bath and spacious stand up shower.. The secondary bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the third bunk room has 2 sets of custom-build twin bunks, suitable for up to 250 lbs each. The secondary & third bedroom share a hallway bath & shower.
PLAY:
Lots to do inside and out!
Inside we have a variety of board games and a deck of cards. There is also a Smart tv for watching movies on rainy days. Looking for something more relaxing? Curl up with a blanket and enjoy reading one of our books. Or if you have small children with you, where a relaxing read may not be in store, entertain them with a variety of children’s toys and children’s books!
DOCK:
Enjoy a beautiful sunrise from our newly refinished, composite dock dock with a cup of warm coffee. Store your boat in our private, 20’ slip or rent one from the local marina and keep it here! We have large swim steps to make getting in and out of the water easier for people of all ages. Crawford Ferry Boat Ramp is 5 miles from the house or Hartwell Marina is a quick 20 min drive.
PARKING:
Private parking available. Have a trailer or multiple vehicles with you? There is plenty of room for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway! (Sorry but no parking in the grass or on the street.)
