About this house rental

Open floor plan with beautiful lake view. Good water depth as of 9/25. We are able to continue to adjust as lake levels decrease. 3Br/2Ba plus kids room with full bed. Sleeps 8. Large master bedroom with King bed. Located in one of Hartwell's finest neighborhoods. Perfect for walking or biking. Easy access to lake. Covered Dock with kayaks provided. Covered back porch overlooking lake and firepit area. Large backyard with plenty of room for kids to play! Cornhole and board games available. 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping. Hartwell Marina and Boathouse grill is in sight of the dock. Perfect for family getaways!! No pet policy. Host lives in neighborhood so will always be available if needed.

We have stayed at this home twice and hopefully we will again. This home accommodates us, our adult children and grandchildren.The home is clean and simply decorated and has everything we need and more. The dock allows for us to bring our boat and jet skis. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Me and my grandson take evening walks and see deer and rabbits. I brought butterfly nets this year for my grandson to catch lightning bugs and frogs, which are plenty in the evenings. We have made wonderful memories with our family here and look forward to making more.

Very nice and clean. Dock is big and well maintained, plenty of room for the whole family to hang out

Great location and home . We would have liked another TV in the bedroom . we went ahead and purchased one while we were there and can now use in a spare bedroom we have here. Overall the home was very confrontable and we would have no problem staying there again
