This charming villa has been entirely renovated, equipped and decorated in order to provide all the necessary comfort to its occupants.
The village of Saint François is about 5 km away. You will find many restaurants and shops, and all daytime and nighttime activities.
Many other beautiful beaches are a few minutes by car.
This single-storey villa, 90 m² in size, can accommodate up to 4 people.
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size double bed (160X200),
-1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with two single beds (100X200), which can be brought together to form a King Size double bed (200/200),
-1 Shower room with walk-in shower and double washbasins,
-1 Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet,
-1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living space, with a view of the swimming pool,
-1 ventilated living room, furnished and equipped with a sofa bed, and open to the terrace facing the swimming pool.
-To the left of the pool, a shaded terrace with a dining area with table and chairs.
