In the heart of the Karukéra Residence, on the Pointe des Châteaux in Saint François, you will feel transported while feeling completely safe.
This charming villa has been completely renovated, equipped and decorated in order to provide all the necessary comfort to its occupants.
The village of Saint François is about 5 km away. You will find many restaurants and shops, and all daytime and nighttime activities.
Many other beautiful beaches are a few minutes by car.
This single-storey villa, 90 m² in size, can accommodate up to 6 people.
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size double bed (160X200),
-1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with two single beds (100X200), which can be brought together to form a King Size bed (200/200),
-1 Shower room with walk-in shower and double washbasins,
-1 Shower room with walk-in shower and toilet,
-1 fully equipped open kitchen with a view of the swimming pool,
-1 ventilated living room, furnished and equipped with a convertible sofa (comfort+++) allowing sleeping for 2 people, and open to the terrace facing the swimming pool.
-To the left of the pool, a shaded terrace with a dining area with table and chairs.
