Beach Lodge - Ein Traumappartement in Spo!

The "Beach Lodge 3" apartment at the "Reethaus Beach Lodge" is located on the 1st floor and has approximately 40 m² of living space. It accommodates 1–2 people.

Through the entryway with a mirror, you enter the central room—the living-dining area. Here you’ll find a cozy seating area for watching TV, a dining table with two chairs, and—mounted directly on the wall—a storage shelf and a charging station for your cell phone, for example. A kitchenette with a fully equipped pantry fits in perfectly and has plenty to offer, including a stove (2 burners), dishwasher, espresso maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and more.
At the dining table, you can start your day off wonderfully with fresh rolls from the nearby bakery. The view through the windows onto the well-maintained green space is simply magnificent and invites you outside.
In front of the house, to the right of the entrance, there is a furnished patio area that belongs to the apartment. Here you can sit comfortably sheltered from the wind and beneath the house’s beautiful thatched roof. The garden also makes for a perfect sunbathing spot. In the evening, relax in the separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).
The modern bathroom with a window features a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, a heated towel rack, a sink, and a toilet.
After enjoying various vacation activities, you’ll find soothing relaxation in the house’s sauna, located in the common areas in the basement. The communal sauna is accessible from all 8 apartments in the building, as are the washing machines and dryer in the laundry room.
The large basement offers storage space for water sports equipment, surfboards, etc.
There is space for your bicycles in a designated shelter with the option to secure them to a bike rack.

There are two parking spaces at the house as well as public parking spaces available free of charge.

The “Beach Lodge” vacation home is situated in a wonderfully relaxing location on the outskirts of the popular Ording district.
Surrounded by nature and hiking trails, you can reach the sea dike and Ording’s main beach directly on foot or by car. The spa center in the Bad district—with its shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as the Dünentherme and therapy facilities—is a 10- to 15-minute bike ride away.
After enjoying various vacation activities, you can unwind in the building’s sauna, located in the common areas in the basement. The communal sauna is accessible from all 8 apartments in the building, as are the washing machines and dryer in the laundry room.
The large basement offers storage space for water sports equipment, surfboards, etc.
You’re also welcome to bring your dog on vacation; please note the specific rules for each property.
There is space for your bicycles in a designated shelter with the option to secure them to a bike rack.
If you drive an electric car, you can charge it at one of the two charging stations on the property. Additional free parking is available directly in front of the property.
