Experience an unforgettable vacation in this lovingly and tastefully furnished 4-star apartment on the first floor of a charming house. The apartment has its own entrance, measures approximately 58 m², and can accommodate up to four people. Enjoy the view from the east-facing terrace of the expansive marsh meadows, the outer dike, and the dunes while you savor your breakfast in the warm sunshine. The south-facing terrace features a cozy seating area with greenery providing privacy and shelter from the wind—ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The modern and comfortable seating arrangement in the living room, along with the carefully selected furniture, gives the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere. For hygienic reasons, we have deliberately avoided using carpet; however, the bathroom and living room feature comfortable underfloor heating, ensuring a cozy experience even during the cooler months.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a ceramic cooktop with exhaust fan, an oven with broiler, an extra-quiet dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pad machine, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, food processor, hand blender, and plenty of kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a shower with a glass enclosure, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer to provide you with the comfort you’d expect from a 4-star apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, both equipped with orthopedic mattresses and washable comforters. All windows and patio doors are fitted with high-quality insect screens.
The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and is just 300 m from the crossing to Ordinger Strand, Europe’s largest sandbank. Here you can take long walks along the water’s edge, go for a stroll with a stroller, beach sail, fly kites, or go windsurfing and kitesurfing. Numerous beach chairs invite you to relax, and the restaurants on stilts right by the sea will treat you to culinary delights. Just 250 m away, you’ll find a grocery store, several restaurants, and the bus stop—all within walking distance. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, no pets of any kind are allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The minimum rental period during peak season is 7 nights.

On the upper level, the second vacation apartment spans two floors and is also suitable for four people. It features two balconies, one of which faces south. This balcony is directly accessible from the living-dining area. A second balcony, accessible via the loft, offers a view all the way to the stilt houses on the beach.
In the basement, there is a shared washer and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
One parking space is available in front of the house for each apartment.
