Incredible desert view location in trendy fun neighborhood in the Yuma Foothills! Two separate Casitas & optional RV hookup! 30 minutes to Colorado River boat launch! Pet Friendly, clean & renovated with modern furnishings. Enjoy the 1 bedroom 1 bath front house with king size bed, open concept living area, full kitchen, dining & front porch. Back detached casita with separate entrance has queen bed, full bath & new washer/dryer. Wonderful newer mini split Heat&A/C EV charge with your 110 plug! Nice tall fenced area around the houses with gates great for pets.
Nice residential neighborhood. Fabulous starry skies to see at night and enjoy the beauty of open space.
Yuma Foothills area has great desert and Colorado river access within 10-25 minutes. Wide streets, great for riding bikes, walking, area is known for desert toys and golf carts.
The area is typically accessed by private vehicles. This is a great area for RVs Trailers, Boats, etc. You may see golf carts cruising around the neighborhood.
Enjoy a giant enclosed lot (low walls surround and a front gate) with optional RV hook up areas. RV hook up will allow additional guest count and cost an additional fee. Ask host about fees and hook up options. The two Casitas are in the back middle of the lot. This is exceptional area for parking larger vehicles, motorhomes, trailers, boats. parking is very ample.

We enjoyed staying at Yuma Casa while visiting family in the area. The setup was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. It was nicely decorated and the king bed was comfortable.

Lots of room. Bright & homey casitas with separate casita for guests. Comfortable beds with great pillows & bedding. Very accommodating.
