The neighborhood is well kept and very quiet. When you arrive at the house 1st thought is what a beautiful home. Then when you open the front door you’re so grateful you chose this one. For anyone who has rented several homes for vacations and been disappointed In the past. You know the joy of knowing this time you picked a great one. The kitchen has anything you might need. Appliances are top grade.The bedrooms and bathrooms have high-quality linens. Large laundry room with supplies. The back patio has new grill, table and seating for the great sunrises and sunsets. Yard is well maintained. Most Airbnb‘s have complicated access, tv and internet codes. The host has made this extremely simple with step-by-step instructions. So you can relax and start your vacation. Very impressed with the homes, decor and comfortable furniture. My family and I are planning to return next summer for vacation and stay at this home again. This home is an excellent example of a super host. Thank you for making our Yuma stay so great. See you next summer.
