Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), shower room, toilet.
30 m² carport. 15 m² terrace and 200 m² private enclosed garden, shared swimming pool (11 x 7 m, safety barrier and cover) with wheelchair ramp, heated during the shoulder seasons, open from late May to mid-September. 4,000 m² garden with swing set, ping-pong table, badminton net, shared by the 3 cottages.
Television with Chromecast, radio, fiber optic internet connection with Wi-Fi.
Baby equipment (please request when booking): travel cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, potty.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are provided; beds are made upon arrival.
Regular cleaning service available during your stay. Tasting of the estate's Pineau and Cognac, as well as black truffles, from December to January.

Located on a vineyard and truffle estate with a swimming pool, this gîte is attached to another gîte and farm buildings, but offers complete privacy. With its own independent entrance, the gîte opens onto a private 200 m² garden, also offering complete privacy.
