About this apartment rental

1-room flat on the 5th floor, 23 m2. North facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Bright, cosy living/dining room with 2 wall cupboard beds (90x200), shower/WC/lavabo. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Open kitchen with oven. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be borrowed free of charge at the reception. Garage space available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, unsere Wohnung ging zwar nach Norden, wir hatten aber trotzdem einen schönen Ausblick auf See und Berge. Zum kleinen Supermarkt von Silvaplana, zum Bäcker und zu Restaurants sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Obwohl die stark befahrene Durchgangsstrasse nicht weit vom Haus entfernt ist, war es sehr ruhig, auch im Haus. Küche und Bad sind anscheinend noch aus den 80er Jahren, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Wohnfläche des Apartments ist schon recht knapp bemessen, wenn die Wandbetten heruntergeklappt sind, wird es eng, man kommt kaum noch an den Kleiderschrank heran. Insgesamt aber eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, auch für unseren Hund. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
