About this apartment rental

1-room flat on the 3rd floor, 52 m2. Terrace, south facing position, with mountain view. Entrance with wardrobe. Cosy living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds (90x200). Bath/WC/lavabo. Radio, TV and telephone. Free WLAN connection. Large, open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette can be borrowed free of charge at the reception. Garage space available for a fee (Fr. 5.-- per day in summer and Fr. 8.-- per day in winter). Ski and boot room for shared use. Non-smoking flat.


Facility:

The house is located in the center of Silvaplana. Lake, cross-country ski trail, bus stop, restaurants and shops are nearby. The aerial cableway Corvatsch is 5 minutes away by bus.

The Chesa Munteratsch allows a nice holiday and offers comfortable apartments, some with balcony or garden. Enjoy the wonderful view over the lakes and mountains.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, radio, TV and some are equipped with dish-washer. The house has a lift and parking.
