Very clean and comfortable condo with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Condo is right next to the clubhouse where there is golf, a pool, gym, outdoor seating and dining. Close to Branson but also away from the traffic and crowds. Quiet well kept, gated community. Owner was very helpful and worked with us after there was a payment issue for the second payment on the Vrbo website. Highly recommend.

The condo was super nice and just what we needed. The only problem is there was no hot water for baths or showers. The sinks were hot but not the showers. Not sure why but was very disappointed we could not bath the babies. We’d just one night so we didn’t have time to really address it with anyone.

It was clean and organized. Our stay was only an overnight stay. Very secure, gated community. The check in was flawless and the security guard was very pleasant. Directly across from the pool area making access very easy.

The house was perfect for our family plenty of room. I had two different bathrooms so we didn’t have to share with our kids. The amenities were amazing. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed playing pickle ball and swimming pretty much the whole trip.

The security of the community was great. Check in was easy. Condo was nicely decorated but the condo its self was very dirty there was black dog hair all over the floor dust on everything. The pull out bed was full of crumbs and the extra comforters were very soiled just to list some of the cleanliness issues. The condo has a lot of potential and the host has been notified about the issues.so I hope that he rectifies them. We did not have time to utilize any of the amenities so I don’t have any information on them.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo, very clean, spacious, close to shows, shopping, restaurant, 76 strip. Condo was very quiet, there were a few minor things that need to be fixed, The master bathroom shower has a lot of water pressure that needs turned down a little & the hot water didn’t last but a minute, I’m not sure what was going on there, while l like good water pressure this one was so hard it hurt when it hit the skin need more than one trash liner in bathrooms, over all we had an excellent stay & I was able to bring my 2 dogs. Would stay again..

Check in was 4:00pm, host failed to communicate check in information until 6:50pm, leaving us trying to problem solve on the side of the road with two toddlers. Resort staff was so sweet and helpful trying to help us in the chaos. Great location, relatively clean (walls and baseboards could use a major wipe down). The hot and cold on front shower is mixed up, labeled cold but it’s hot. Major liability as a property owner. Poor VRBO experience, hope it was a one off for this property.

Spent a couple days fishing LT. This is a perfect location with private access to the river/lake. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Condo was close to pools and club house. First floor unit so very easy to pull in to parking spaces and your at the door within a few steps. Furnished well with all kitchen amenities. Very clean and Pointe Royale complex is very well taken care off. Would definitely come back.

We have stayed here in this condo several times. It’s a great location located close to the pool. Works well for my family. Only complaint is the black top tracks a lot of dirt into the condo and your feet get dirty because of the blacktop.

It was nice to have those amenities just outside the pool entrance. Access to this unit is a breeze, just two steps and you're in. The only issue we encountered was the sliding glass doors, they are very difficult to open and close. Perhaps a bit of grease might help. This was a wonderful getaway location!
