When you’re ready for an afternoon of relaxation, the home provides many comfortable spaces to choose from. A generous living room offers plentiful sofa seating able to accommodate the whole crew for games or a movie night. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. Whether you decide to prepare homecooked meals or need a space to store snacks, this space can accommodate either and everything in between. Enjoy your well-earned meals at the dining table with seating for 8. Back outside, the home offers a spacious patio and balcony for lounging in the fresh Ozark air, enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail among the natural scenic beauty.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include a queen-size bed, TV, and balcony access.
The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a walk-in unit – no steps.
• Lot parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking pass will be issued at the front gate.
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• The community outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

The condo was great. It met all our needs. The Christmas decorations was a great surprise.

The location was great. Close enough to everything yet away from the crowds. Loved the amenities. The pool area was a big hit for my teens! Check in and check out were simple and easy. We wanted for nothing, the condo was well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, had plenty of space and seating for everyone in the living room, and the communication was amazing. Only complaint was the cleanliness. There was food under the furniture, the bed skirt upstairs was all ripped up, there were contacts stuck on the bathroom wall, the stairway carpets need a good clean, they are all stained up and dirty, the bathroom rugs were dirty, I don't know when the last time the floors were mopped. I had to use a paper towel to wipe some water the spilled and the paper towel was black. I would suggest a good deep cleaning of the property. Other than that, it was a great stay.
