About this house rental
Completely renovated and redecorated home in the heart of the Arts District in Saratoga Springs. (Hello, Joanna Gaines) Walk everywhere! 1 block to restaurants (The Local) & 3 blocks to Broadway and downtown. Fun, open floor plan with large living room & 40' smart TV. Brand-new kitchen/quartz counters, 3-seat breakfast bar & farmhouse dining table. 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds; 1 bedroom on the main floor with 2 twin beds.
Central air! Off-street parking for 2 cars in rear. Sunny backyard, porch in front and back! A lovely way to stay & play in Saratoga.
We do ask our guests to sign a lease before the reservation can be confirmed.
Murray, our Sheepadoodle, lives in the house part-time. He's hypo-allergenic, but please know this if you have severe allergies. And no pets, sorry -- Murray will get upset.

Property is very well equipped and was perfect for our stay. Communication was great prior to arrival and location is very close to downtown. Margot is a great host and would rent from again.

Host communication was excellent. House has nuce open floor plan on main level, best well-stocked kitchen of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. All bedrooms good size, Shower pressure was amazing! Our group enjoyed all the board games. Location was great, walking distance to downtown. Check out the Local right around the block, recommended by owner, perfect spot for few cocktails close to house.
Unfortunately, we really didn’t get to enjoy backyard, buggy with rain and hypersensitive bug guests. Hope to visit again!

We were very comfortable staying at Margot’s place! She made check in super easy and if we had any questions or concerns she was very responsive. A 10 min walk to downtown

Back for a few days to visit family in the area and it was a no brainer to stay at Laura's house again. The location is perfect for going into town and she has everything you need on hand.
The house is very comfortable and there's amble space for a family get together. We will be back again for our next trip.
