The Sweet & Salty provides the quintessential Naples experience, with a super sweet, cozy home and location just minutes from the salty blue waters of the Florida Gulf. While visiting Sweet & Salty, you can live the sweet life as you lounge by the private HEATED pool, take a bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach, warm yourself by the fire pit, or enjoy the latest movie on our new flat-screen TVs.
Heated Pool: NO CHARGE FOR pool heat
Comfortable Sleep: One King, one Queen, and two Doubles. Superb, comfortable beds, according to our guests.

THE INSIDE SPACE:
The Sweet & Salty is a comfortable, affordable home filled with plush finds for unassuming, relaxed beach living. This lovingly hosted and professionally cleaned pool home offers the best value in Naples Park. The kitchen was completely remodeled in November 2022 and includes brand-new, sparkling-clean appliances. Inside you will also find lots of new furniture and all new linens.
*Master Bedroom: King-size bed, on-suite bath, access to the pool
*Second Bedroom: Two Full-size beds, shared bath, access to the pool
*Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed, shared bath
*Fully Stocked Kitchen
*A New Ultra HD TV in the Living Room, Master, and Second Bedroom

THE OUTSIDE SPACE:
The Sweet & Salty is crowned by the enclosed heated pool area. Paved and furnished, it offers a refreshing break from Naples' sun. Rounding out the outside experience is a fully fenced yard and a screened-in lanai that leads to the pool, outdoor shower, and firepit area with seating.
While inventory may fluctuate throughout the season, we should have two beach bikes, bike locks, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, and sand toys for kiddos.
*Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis with pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. While we LOVE dogs, the home has carpeted areas that may only work for some pets. Please message me before booking if you want to travel with a pet.
*A pool waiver must be agreed to and signed before your stay. The waiver will be sent to you post-booking.
*For guests staying more than two weeks, we require our cleaning crew to do an interim home cleaning approximately every two weeks. You can schedule a time/day directly with our cleaning team for your convenience, and you will also be responsible for paying the team directly for the mid-stay cleaning. Cleaning crew contact information will be provided upon your arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place in Naples! The location was perfect and close to the beaches, shops and dining. Lisa was a wonderful host and checked in to make sure we were all set. Great stay!!

Lisa was great to work with- very responsive to my questions and super accommodating. The house was very clean upon our arrival and comfortable. The pool is huge and warm!! Great little spot in North Naples area.

The place was adorable. Clean and amenities were very thought through. The pool was clean and lots of toys/floats The location was perfect. Easy walk wit bike ride to beach or shops.

What a wonderful rental! The home was spotless and incredibly well stocked, making it feel comfortable right away. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The heated pool was a highlight, and it even had floaties like the photos—such a fun touch! We would absolutely recommend this house and would love to stay again.
