This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home is located in Popular Naples Park Area. Everything in the home is brand new as it has been completely renovated and updated this year.
Tastefully modern, features large, fully equipped kitchen. Open concept Dining area.
Open Concept Comfortable Living Room features spacious 3 person sofa for watching movies on the 85` Flat screen TV. Cable, DVD player, and of course Wifi are available :) There are plenty of magazines also for those lazy hours in the sun.
The house is close to beach accesses. Also several supermarkets are not far away.

Excellent home, excellent location, very friendly and accomodating Host. When we arrived it was even nicer than the pictures. Our host Ben clearly cares about their guests and wants to ensure their stay is wonderful. Nothing but great things to say. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Naples.

Truly, an oasis! Soothing atmosphere in gray, white and blue. Large mirrors, abstract prints. Comfortable beds and TV sets in each bedroom as well as very large one in living room. Well supplied, and everything works! Calm, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Mercato shops or Vanderbilt Beach in the other direction. Easy biking on cruisers with bike lanes. We held a family dinner and the place is quite childproof. Screened in porch or canopied outside sitting area. One of our favorite rentals, we would definitely return. Thank you Ben.

This was a great property that was larger than expected and an excellent value for the price. Ben was extremely responsive as well; we would definitely stay here again!

House has been completely remodeled, new furniture, appliances, all necessities. Very clean and easy to use. Also has a couple bikes, several beach chairs and more. Bike ride to beach, restaurants, pizza , ice cream, gym, movie theatre and more. Ben (owner) was nice and very responsive. We will definitely be back!
