This unit is conveniently located in Building 1, the closest to Beaver Creek Village allowing for easy walking into the village.

Very comfortable condo. High levels of cleanliness inside and throughout the property. The pool was a nice break for our kids from all the mountain activities.

This was our 1st experience at Beaver Creek and The Charter did not disappoint! The property was very quiet, relaxing and meticulously kept. Really enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary shuttle to get around the area but also the short distance it was to walk to the Village from this unit. So many great things about this stay. Would definitely stay here again!
