Great place for our family. Located on the bottom floor Very loud. You can hear every step from the condo above. Otherwise it’s a great place.

This unit was a great deal for the location on our weekend ski trip. We were about a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts. The condo was super comfortable but there were a few minor inconveniences.
Pros:
Great location on the first floor just minutes to the slopes.
Great living room area and very comfortable furniture, with a cozy wood burning fireplace.
Laundry and kitchen were clean and serviceable for our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids ages 3, 8, and 10).
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great for the price.
Cons:
Front door did not have a manual lock, which was an issue one night when our toddler realized she could let herself out.
Bathrooms were serviceable, but the shower heads were a bit low, small and could be upgraded.
The vanity area was also outside of the bathroom, so if you have an early riser, that could disrupt the other person.
We were the bottom floor, and you could clearly hear the footsteps of the room above us, who were early risers. Not a huge deal, but it did wake my wife up in the mornings.
Overall this was a great value, just a few minute walk to the Beaver Creek Town Center, and if you have a group of 5-7 people, you will most likely not regret booking this place.
