Location and apartment was a good size for 4 people.

The swimming pool wasn’t open until 15/06 which we were not made aware of. Having to deal with a faulty bathroom sink (which was fixed the following day). The front door lock is extremely troublesome and sometimes it feels like it is total luck if the door opens or not. The need for you to go about a mile away from the property to collect keys was quite annoying. It is a pity there isn’t a key safe closer or somewhere else where you can collect the keys.

Firstly we had a problem obtaining the key as a message to say it was ready was sent to the wrong person. We had difficulty entering the office to try and obtain the key as the building was locked. It was advertised as two bedrooms two bathrooms but in fact there was only one bathroom plus an extra toilet. We wanted to go in the pool because it looked great in the advertisement but actually it closed on 15/9 but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere about the closure. Several appliances did not work ie coffee machine, iron and no hairdryer. However the managing agent responded very quickly with new appliances. There needs to be a fly sheet on how to obtain channels on the tv.
