It was okay. I would not book this unit again only because of the dog pee smell.
It was quiet, no traffic noise.
It was not the cleanest. It SMELLED like dog pee. There were no pots to cook with, only frying pans. The sponge was gross. The yards had scattered trash around the property.

Very nice tucked in a great location with a short walk to a beautiful view of the city. Very comfortable bed and the hottest shower you will ever have!

The backyard was a huge plus with the big chair and the table/chairs. Was super pleasant as well the neighbors are so nice.

Not clean, not safe, a complete waste of money
The location was nice and it was easy to get in. The big chair in the backyard was fun to take pictures on.
This place was a nightmare. The host was nice at first and told me that I could change our arrival date, but then never accepted the request. I kept calling Book.com and they weren't any help. All they would do is call the host and he never answered. Then during all of this I get messages from the host like we were checking in, when he should have known we weren't. The check in date was never changed.
When we finally checked in we noticed the place was really rough. There are huge cracks on all the walls, the drywall is bubbling and bulking. It looks like they just painted over major problems. All the AC units had mold in them. The couch was disgusting, plus it had someone else's sock on it. The kitchen shelves were filthy and even had little paw prints in the dirt. The basement/laundry room was unacceptable. It is shared and it has never been cleaned. It's full of junk. You're clothes will not be any cleaner using that washer. There was literally a hole in the floor for the washer to drain into. The lock to the door was not secure. It looked like someone had kicked the door in and they just drilled new holes for the latch. There was a huge gap were you could just see the door latch. The slightest push would have opened it. Some windows wouldn't open, some wouldn't lock. Sheets weren't clean.
The main problem was the cigarette smell. It was the strangest thing. It got really strong and then would go away. It was raining on and off and that is the only thing we couldn't think of for the reason. When we arrived it just smelled stale, it wasn't raining. When we can back from dinner it stunk, and it happened to be raining. I think the rain was bringing out the smell. It was so bad we couldn't stay in the house. Of course the host was not helpful. He finally responded by saying he would clean it again, but that wouldn't help the smell at all. Booking.

Perfect property! The location was great best views and good restaurants near by. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Very quiet at night. Perfect for dogs a nice back yard with grass. Host is excellent! Nick is quick to respond and very helpful.

It’s not far from the Dusquene incline and the view is great! BUT trying to get food delivered or anything takes a while.
It is a shared property which wasn’t a problem. The visitors on top had kids running around all night so it made it difficult to sleep.

Location was awesome and the apt had all the extras to make iy feel like home....im talking seasonings to cook along with a kitchen to accommodate anything you wanted to cook and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. also bath had shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The biggest of the 2 beds was sinking a bit in the middle, the thermostat was very hard to get to a temp of comfort...we set according to instructions on wall nut couldn't get under 82 luckily it was cold outside so we opened windows.

I liked the interaction with the host - he is very responsive and nice. Disclaimer: I never met him; all the conversation was via the app. The property has off-street parking, which is very convenient. The location is great.
We faced several issues during our stay. The shower was really problematic. You cannot adjust the temperature of water: it is either "quite hot" or "freezingly cold." Nothing in between. The bathtub drain was clogged. One of the beds was a queen-size frame with a full-size mattress. The air temperature suddenly dropped to 69 F on the second night of my stay.
