Está muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad, con supermercado al lado y paradas de autobús y un paseo muy agradable al lado.
Es perfecto para dos personas, para cuatro necesitaría unas mejoras ya que el sofá-cama es incomodísimo y el baño muy pequeño.
