Es war alles perfekt! Die Villa mit den traumhaften individuellen Suiten ist ein Traum. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und den gesamten Aufenthalt über herzlich betreut. Der Park, das Frühstück, Matratzen, Atmosphäre des Hauses,… waren toll und wir haben keine negativen Punkte. Kostenloses Parken möglich. Tolle Ausgangslage zum wandern. Auch Ilsenburg selber ist eine Perle im Harz. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nicht einfach ein Buffet zur Selbstbedienung, sondern auf einem sehr schön gedeckten Tisch bei Kerzenschein und funkelndem Kristall im Wintergarten alles, was der Gast tatsächlich wünscht, mit Abwechslung an jedem Tag und persönlicher Bedienung.
Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Auf dem Zimmer ein kleiner Kühlschrank, gerade in diesen heißen Sommern.

Gut und gemütlich
Haarshampoo-Flasche beinhaltete nur Wasser Die vorherige Abfrage, was es zum Frühstück geben soll. Das Frühstück selbst war gut. Für die Nesspresso-Maschine waren für 3 Tage 2 Kapseln vorrätig. Hätte man mehr haben wollen, kostete jede Kapsel 1€
