The location is really good. The facility is ok and the value for money is very good.
All is well.

Nice location (5 minutes walk from mall of istanbul) and good brakfast. Big rooms!!
We had some issues with the personelle, but we hope it was just a bad day. First time there was absolutly perfect. Second time, we had some problems. I let the manager know about it and i hope next time it will be better.

V.good location and room view. They offered me 3 days of free breakfast.
There is a delay when you ask for an Arabic or English speaker at the reception, especially at night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options, and the hotel was clean.
Basic toiletries that are usually provided in hotels were missing, so I had to ask for them. There wasn’t even any soap by the sink. I also couldn’t open the safe, and when I asked the staff for help, they couldn’t open it either.
