The townhouse was laid out nice with a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck.

This property was dirty, there were smudge marks on the walls both downstairs and upstairs. The carpet on the stairs and in the master bedroom was filthy with stains and wear and needs replaced. (I didn’t want to walk on it barefooted) The sinks in both bathrooms seemed clogged and drained so slowly it made it difficult to brush your teeth. The dryer displayed an overheat code five minutes after starting it. We tried troubleshooting by cleaning the lint catcher and ended up taking our clothes to the laundry mat to dry them. The deck definitely needs stairs for beach access.

A little outdated and the rugs needed cleaning.

location great, quiet until the last days when smokers and a barking dog moved in and were yelling outside and talking alll night, we had a great time and a full kitchen! I liked that we were checked on by email. Also when we had an internet issue it was fixed promptly. great customer service!

He view was great.

The balcony was right beside the other balconies and there was no real privacy. Hated the stairs almost fell down they were so steep outside and inside.
