    Great place to stay once you find it. It is between Pizza Me and Change Bureau. Would definitely stay here again.

    You cannot get a better location. Walking distance to Vaci Utca and all that Budapest has to offer. Hard to find. Make sure you go into the doors next to Starbucks. But once you’re inside it’s an old palace and beautiful. Room was great. They don’t supply shampoo so bring your own. We had a great stay!

    This hotel is well located, close to everything and has an interesting architecture, I founded too dark , and lack of mantenance, The carpets in the room were dusty

    Downsides: Inaccessibility issues, except for young backpackers Unclear street access Reception is for a backpacker dorm-style hostel Damaged entrance with slippery marble steps ‘Elevator’ starts on third floor, steps below this level Strict 3:00pm check in, no exceptions These people will lock you out of your room if there is a dispute, then hold your room contents (passports etc) until bribe is paid. Australian consulate is well aware of this venue and its ongoing illegal behaviour. In short, an unsafe and thoroughly unpleasant venue that I would struggle to recommend to anyone.
