I liked it because the Italians are very hospitable. Diana, Giuseppe's daugther, made a huge effort to communicate in English with me and I appreciated it very much.
The only problem with Marate is that you need a car to go around or you will pay 15 euros per trip if you want to go somewhere. Moreover, the beaches are not of reachable by feet. Maratea is very hilly and it is very hard to walk around. Ask Giuseppe for the contact number, so you can rent a car.

Breakfast was great. It's a rural and peaceful retreat. Great position, the beaches are 5 minutes by car. The host is very friendly.
The shower cubicle.The studio apartament hasn't got any window. There wasn't a coffee machine.
