Mieszkanie dość obszerne, duża łazienka, ekspres do kawy, czysta pościel, kuchnia odpowiednio wyposażona., stół z 4 krzesłami, darmowy parking podziemny.
Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia (brudne ściany przy łóżkach, odrapania farby). Zniszczona kanapa w salonie (brak możliwości jej złożenia), plamy na jej poduszkach. Lodówka wydaje dziwne, 3 tonowe dźwięki przy których trudno spać. Zniszczona szafka pod umywalką. Mieszkanie ciemne, w samym narożniku budynku, w odległości metra od okien mieszkania jest wejście do klatki schodowej.
