    We had a wonderful stay at Safehouse 168! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We accidentally left our charger in the room after checking out. By the time the staff contacted us, we had already left Chiang Mai and were in Bangkok. They kindly offered to send the charger to our hotel in Bangkok—and they even did it free of charge! We truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and excellent customer service. It’s not every day you come across staff who go above and beyond like this. We highly recommend Safehouse 168 to anyone staying in Chiang Mai. Great place, wonderful staff, and most importantly, very honest and trustworthy people. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

    We stayed here for one night, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to Chiang Mai. The resort is beautifully nestled towards the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery with a peaceful stream flowing nearby, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location feels a little isolated, but it's still easy to reach using Grab or Bolt, which wasn't an issue for us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the pool access room has exceeded our expectations. What truly made the stay memorable was the warm and friendly staff. They were always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful mountain retreat away from the city's hustle, this resort is an excellent choice. We would definitely love to come back.
