    To the Team at Norkhil Bhutan Hotel, I hope this message finds you all in great spirits. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional hospitality extended to us during our recent stay at your beautiful property. Nestled in the heart of the city, Norkhil Bhutan Hotel is truly a gem. The mesmerizing mountain views from our personal balcony were a daily delight—perfect for quietly enjoying a morning cup of tea or watching the sun set in the peaceful evenings. The thoughtful design and serene atmosphere made our experience truly unforgettable. A special word of thanks to your incredible front desk team—Jeet BDR Ghalley, Ngawang Choden, Ealley, and Gyesh Bhujel—who greeted us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to assist us. Their support with last-minute cab and guide bookings was invaluable, especially for guests like us who arrived without a fixed itinerary. Their proactive assistance made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. Our heartfelt thanks also go to Rinchen Dorji from housekeeping, whose kindness and attentiveness left a lasting impression. Whether it was helping heat meals at unconventional hours or simply offering a cheerful smile, her warmth made us feel right at home. Last, but certainly not least, we are grateful to CEO Dechen Pelzom for her visionary leadership and personal involvement. Her openness to feedback and thoughtful attention to guest comfort added a truly special touch to our stay. That said, I would also like to bring to your attention a few concerns that did affect our overall experience. Firstly, at the time of check-out, all of my credit cards were unexpectedly declined, and I had no option but to settle the bill using my debit card. This unfortunately meant losing out on reward points and associated travel benefits. Such lapses at the last moment can be frustrating and costly for guests, and I sincerely hope this can be reviewed to prevent recurrence. Additionally, the linens in our room were not cleaned and were simply re-used, even after a request for fresh ones. Cleanliness is a key expectation in hospitality, and this oversight was disappointing. More seriously, upon our arrival, we found the door to our room left ajar—an alarming and unacceptable lapse, especially considering that our valuables were already inside. Security should always be a top priority, and I trust this will be addressed with utmost seriousness. Thank you once again for creating a largely welcoming and memorable experience. While there were a few setbacks, we carry fond memories of our time at Norkhil and hope to see these issues improved should we return in the future. Warmest regards, Vishwakarma T Chandra

    It's not on the higher side of cost but worth the views. Plenty of food options around, breakfast is good, rest food is great but very expensive. Rooms are just awesome, get the one with balcony.
