    The booking through Agoda was not accepted and we were made to re book the rooms through their desk by paying a higher rent. Maintenance is pathetic. The solace is the facility and the food.

    Rooms are spacious. Big outdoor space to hangout with family and kids, lots to play around for kids. Hotel is in the city and no noise around makes it convenient for families. Garden restaurant has good options including veg/non veg and drinks. Sadly, drinks weren't allowed as we went on a dry day ( Hanuman Jayanthi). A good day out to this resort can be planned from Bangalore or Mysore.

    Recently travelled with family. First of all there was a big confusion in property whether it is Nijaguna resorts &spa or Nijaguna residency. Booked using agoda website and property was shown as nijaguna resorts, but the room seems to be in Nijaguna residency. Had to visit resort first and then staff asked me go to next property, which is adjacent to resort. Manager Mailini was co-operative, however it took more than one hour just to allocate the room. Property is huge but maintenance is horrible. One male cleaning staff was behaving rudely and had to complaint to Manager. Breakfast also pathetic. As there was no option for other properties I had to select this and proved as worst decision. When room was booked for four members they keep one soap and one towel only. No water bottles or tea kettle. Everything you have to ask. Really nonsense. No TV connection and balcony was horrible with pigeon poop. Swimming pool is not at all maintained. We gave them sufficient time to clean the room but cleaning staff horrible. Male manger who was on duty in the night was also reluctant to arrange for cleaning. I never recommend this property.
