    Very hygiene and polite staff behaviour has attractive to customers. Wherever we wanted to go, so convenient and preferably all like palace and so many other. Food is very delicious. I suggested to whom are seeking calm, quiet and harmony.

    On arrival I showed my booking with Agoda on my phone and I assume he got on the phone to his manager and then got back to me and said “we are not associated with Agoda” even though I had the evidence on my phone. Then he spoke to his manager again and got back to me and said you haven’t paid, so again I had to show him evidence on my phone. I can only assume this is because I’m a foreigner because they seemed very pleasant with local people. Why do they think they can treat foreigners like this. Despicable behaviour. The room was full of cockroaches, running everywhere and the bed felt damp. Would not recommend, especially if you’re a foreigner. The rest of the staff were very pleasant I might add.
