The receptionist was too much arrogant. He was asking to cancel the booking though Agoda.

Our one-night Christmas stay at Mariah Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional—easily one of our best experiences in Mysore and across India. The property is strategically located, and the room was exactly as pictured online: bright, well-lit, and stocked with all the essential amenities. Even the additional bed we requested was remarkably comfortable for the kids. What sets this hotel apart is the incredible hospitality. A special mention to the owner, Ms. Ayesha, and the desk manager for a seamless check-in. Their warm, personal touch during breakfast made us feel truly welcome. Along with the diligent security team, the entire staff deserves kudos for their professionalism. My children enjoyed it so much and my son wanted to stay longer; while we couldn't this time, our answer to him was, "We will definitely be back!"

Very disappointing stay – not worth the money I am really disappointed with my stay at this property. 1. While booking, I clearly mentioned that I need a large bed as I was traveling with my 2-year-old child. However, I was given a room with a small single-occupancy bed, which was completely unsuitable. 2. The bed covers, blankets, towels, and other cotton items looked unwashed and unhygienic. 3. The hotel mentioned that if they find any stains on linens, they will charge laundry costs, which makes it feel like linens are not washed regularly unless a guest stains them. 4. No iron was provided in the room. 5. The room was very small, oddly designed, and felt like a corner space. 6. There is no in-house restaurant. Food is arranged from outside and served in the room. I was told only two guests had ordered breakfast. The next day, breakfast was served on the rooftop, again from outside vendors. However, I must say the food quality was good. 7. The bathroom had no bucket or mug, and the shower knob was detached. Only after complaint was I shifted to another room the next day. 8. The tooth kit was kept on top of the toilet cistern, which is not hygienic. 9. In the first room, the AC drain hose was directly connected into the bathroom, with water dripping and potentially falling on the guest. In the second room, this was corrected. 10. No parking facility available. Vehicles have to be parked on the roadside, which is unsafe and increases the risk of theft or accidents. 11. The hotel entrance is very confusing. You enter through a hall designed for functions, and only a small board directs you to take the lift to the second floor for reception. 12. There is no dedicated room service staff. The receptionist is handling all these duties. 13. It was sad to see that reception staff were also serving breakfast due to lack of manpower. 14. The property is far from the main city, making commuting inconvenient. However, I would genuinely like to appreciate and congratulate the two receptionists (one male and one female, unfortunately I don’t know their names). They were active, cooperative, friendly, honest, and truly doing their best. They are hardworking individuals trying to compensate for the lack of facilities, which is not their fault. Overall, this property is not worth the money. I paid a high amount and left completely dissatisfied.

The staff here were great and supportive. But the pictures are really deceiving. It's hardly a proper hotel and it looks more like an apartment who is renting out rooms. The rooms are neat but there is no soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear what the kid is watching on the TV next room or even hear people walking around. It's loud. There is not closed parking, you park the car on the road. The place is relatively quite but not in the city. 10 - 15 mins away. There are hardly good shops available nearby
