    we stayed first day in family suite which is good and view was awesome,next day we shifted to deluxe room,which is dirty .hotel manager not changing room,so we cancelled booking.

    The room was very dirty, bedsheet ,pillows and quilt was shabby and very dirty with hairs all over , linen was the worst ....dont go to centre point for stay when in dharmshala

    This is the dirtiest room that I have ever visited in last 40 years The whole room is trapped with fungus Fungus on the walls, bathroom seat wash basin. The curtains of the room are so dirty that they haven’t been washed since last 10 years. The Hotel provided used room slippers. No toiletries, and there is no Patri to sit in the bathroom, although provided with a bucket and mug The toilet seat is pathetic The management of the Hotel should review personally and see what they are offering Recommendation to Agoda to de-list the Hotel immediately before it ruins their own image
