    This livemax must have been renewed recently. The beds are comfortable, the pillows too. There’s a big TV that you can connect Netflix. It’s a very small room so bring no luggage. Bathroom walls and ceiling are super dirty and moldy. The pillows too cases and sheets were clean (even though I saw clean folded linen left on the floor outside when checking out) but the pillows themselves smelled like old salaryman sweat mixed with garlic gyoza it was unbearable. The worst thing was the the vents were dirty and once it started to rain I could hear every drop on the metal exhaust connected to my room. Couldn’t sleep a wink. Then most people started checking out at 6 and since my room was close to the elevator I could hear every clogs traveling the chain up and down. Not for light sleepers looking for a clean place to get some rest.
