    The only advantage of this hotel is it’s close to the airport. Entering the room, there was a smell like cigarette smoke, and noticeable hair on the floor. When I lifted the duvet, I found hair on the sheets and pillows. I'm unsure if housekeeping replaced the entire bedding set. Additionally, there was a plastic bag under the sheets, making a constant rustling sound whenever you lay on the bed. The worst part was when I went to take a shower at 11:00 PM and found no water coming out of the faucet or showerhead. I tried calling the hotel again, but no one answered. This was my first time staying at a hotel with a broken faucet, I can't wash up.
