value for money, but hvac system was giving too much heat.

Value for money. Ease of access. Spacious living room. Large TV. spacious bed room.

HVAC was heating the house very high. The rrooms were very hot and uncomfortable even when we kept the thermostats at the lowest setting. The hot water was really super hot as well. We almost got our hands burned. The bathroom shower curtains were a bit too long and making it a bit uncomfortable to stand and take a shower.

My trip was ruined because of the thermostat temperature.

The property was at a great location.

When I checked in to the apartment, the thermostat was set at 90 degrees!! It was a heatwave too. The apartment was scorching, uncomfortably hot. It was really confusing to set the thermostat. You had to calibrate all three thermostats to the same temperature to change the temperature. It was so frustrating. The bedroom on the third floor was a whopping 99 degrees! We did even use that room and used towels to block the heat from the third bedroom upstairs. I contacted the host and he didn’t seem to understand the situation. I couldn’t understand why someone set the thermostat to 90 degrees, when you knew someone was checking in to your rental. To make it worse, the host could adjust the thermostat himself through his WiFi. It took all evening to cool the apartment and we wasted one day from our two day Pittsburgh visit dealing with the thermostat setting. Day two, the thermostat finally his 70 degrees but the trip was ruined.

Great Stay!!!

Just about everything. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The backyard was nice. The view was incredible, especially at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a great stay.

Overall, decent stay except for the bathroom.

More like a 3 BR house, plenty of room to move around. Great location- close to downtown and other tourist attractions. Off road parking was good to have although it was narrow for our Honda Pilot.

The bathroom was not clean- dirty shower curtains and hair on floors - especially between the sink vanity and the tub. Didn’t want to touch the floor at all. Couch was dirty as well - went to fix the cushions and noticed lots of crumbs in the couch. Also, lots of dirt and dead bugs under tv stand and spider webs in corners. The house needs a thorough cleaning and could use a better decorator. Also, should consider replacing carpet.
