Au vu des photos sur le site, on peut penser qu'il s'agit d'un immeuble moderne. Je n'ai rien contre les vieilles maisons, mais là, certains points ont été mal rénovés. Ou alors est-ce en cours... Les petites marches entre les pièces sont dangereuses, par exemple.
De plus il faut revoir ce qui est écrit dans le descriptif car certaines choses ne correspondent pas du tout: pas de table à manger, pas de bouilloire, insonorisation, vue sur la ville... En plus les voisins du dessus étaient bruyants la nuit!
