About this house rental
Exceptional! Spacious 170 m² cottage, rated 4 stars, for up to 8 guests in a renovated former farmhouse (2024) on two levels. Local shops 2 km away. Ideally located in central Alsace between Colmar, Strasbourg, and Obernai, close to Germany and just 35 minutes from the famous Europa-Park and Rulantica water park. Perfect for family or friends to gather and relax in comfort and tranquility in a quiet village with all amenities nearby.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living area (lounge, dining room, kitchen, and entrance), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a fully equipped laundry room (washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, ironing board), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), one double room with two single beds (90x190), a bathroom with shower, a relaxation area (sofa, books, board games), and a separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy a private terrace with dining table, chairs, barbecue, and garden furniture, a large sauna, parking, and a pool shared with the owners (7.50 x 3.50 x 1.50 m), open and heated from June to September (possibly longer depending on weather). A shared area with sun loungers, dining table, and chairs is also available. The jacuzzi and a small sauna are for the owners’ exclusive use.
Pets allowed on request and with owner’s approval. Non-smoking property, with a designated outdoor area.
