nice location, very newly renovated appartement, well equipped

one of the electric shutter did not work, contacted the owner no response for a week, unfortunately this meant no sea view which i paid for. elevator is old and you can easily get blocked.

very good location, just next to the beach, shops, restaurants very clean and new bright, with lots of windows nice view (beach) easy to check in very good value for money

no hairdryer, no toiletries (soap) availability of coffee, toilet paper, tabs for dishwasher should be checked before someone checks in a little attention to details like these would have been appreciated, but overall a very nice stay

Le soleil a contribué énormément à la réussite du séjour.

Superbe vue sur la mer. Studio neuf et fonctionnel. Quartier calme.

Pas de papier wc et pas moyen d’en obtenir via le propriétaire!!!Saletés en dessous du canapé. Une seule serviette de bain par personne. Pas de savon pour les mains, pas d’essuie de cuisine. La literie laissait à désirer, odeur de moisi.

Schade

Die Lage des aufwändig renovierten Studios, direkt in Strandnähe, könnte kaum besser sein.

Im Angebot wurde von einem Appartement mit Schlafzimmer gesprochen, was dann ein Studio mit Klappbett war. Es gab, entgegen dem Inserat keine Handtücher und keine Bettwäsche. Für die angemietete Garage lag ein Schlüssel auf dem Tisch, aber ohne Hinweis, wo die Garage sein sollte. Nach einem Anruf beim Vermieter bekamen wir Hinweise zur Lage in einer anderen Straße. In der Tiefgarage kann man parken, wenn das Auto nicht groß ist. Wir haben uns etwas verar.... gefühlt und sind nach dem ersten von drei Tagen abgereist.

Verblijf in orde, onduidelijke communicatie.

De studio was mooi. Wel kleiner dan in de foto’s maar zeker groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Alles modern en in orde.

Er werd gevraagd ons vuil mee te nemen in de vuilniszakken te vinden in de keuken, deze waren echter niet aanwezig. Toen we (2 maal) vroegen wat we hiermee moesten doen kregen wij nogsteeds geen antwoord. De parking mag ook getoond worden zodat u weet waarvoor u betaald, wij kwamen met een SUV en deze garage was veel te krap en zeer moeilijk in en uit te komen met zo’n grote wagen. Wisten de dag voor we moesten vertrekken (22:00) pas om hoelaat we het verblijf moesten verlaten.

L’établissement était sale, les draps de lit et de bains n’avaient pas été changés La proximité de la plage était très bien mais le propriétaire est un arnaqueur

Tout, tout était sal, le propriétaire devait nous rembourser les 2 nuits car l’équipe de nettoyage n’était pas passée et nous avons dû trouver un logement de dernière minute. Nous n’avons jamais reçu le remboursement de cet appartement, mon dossier est encore en attente chez booking

séjour très agréable... (une chance: la météo superbe!)

Studio très confortable (situation, literie, vaisselle, cuisine : parfait) ..... vue sur la mer agréable, ensoleillé du matin jusque 16 h( début mars)..... minuterie dans la s d b et WC, très pratique..... Stores et volets électriques très pratiques...... A savoir: une table et 2 tabourets "bistro", pas facile pour tout le monde ....... ...(perso, cela ne m'a pas gêné!)

il manquait toutefois quelques détails : un sac poubelle, du papier toilette..... un balai (très utile pour le sable.. j'en ai acheté un!!!.).... et , peut-être un grille-pain..... un lit repliable pas facile à manipuler..... de nombreux rangements, mais pas pour les vêtements..

Séjour parfait !

Studio correspondant parfaitement à la description. Bien situé, bien équipé (un petit grille pain serait appréciable ainsi que 1 ou 2 mug pour le thé) la communication avec les propriétaires était très fluide J'ai apprécié mon séjour et garde l'adresse en tête !

Top Lage, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Top Lage mit Blick aufs Meer.

Fenster sahen aus wie sau. Kaffeemaschine war noch ein Pad vom Vorgänger oder so drin. Kissen vom Sofa hatten Flecken und im allgemeinen war es nicht besonders sauber. Und am Abreisetag war natürlich der Aufzug defekt, was bedeutet, dass wir alles aus dem 4ten Stock heruntertragen mussten.
