We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tel Aviv! We traveled as a family with four teenagers, and the apartment was the perfect fit for all of us. The layout was ideal, with two queen beds, one double bed, two full bathrooms, and an additional separate toilet. Having the extra bathroom and toilet was especially convenient during the summer when everyone was coming back from the beach at different times. The location couldn’t be better. Situated right on Dizengoff Street, you’re surrounded by fantastic cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything you need. There’s even a lovely café right below the building, perfect for breakfast or a quick coffee. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the beach whenever you like. We also loved the private terrace, where we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and even getting some work done during the day. The kitchen is equipped, and having a combined washer and dryer is a must for us - family on vacation. A fun surprise was the pottery studio directly across the street, where we enjoyed a creative activity together. Although the apartment is located on lively Dizengoff Street, it faces the back of the building, so it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We slept very well and never heard the street noise. Also, the elevator was a great bonus ! This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable, spacious, perfectly located, and thoughtfully equipped—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tel Aviv!

There is no sheltered room but a shelter for all the building’s tanents. Luckily we did not need to use it when we stayed there. I would also say that the staircase to the apartment could use some renovation as the apartment itself is decorated and new.
