1.房間簡單乾淨整潔，還有一個小浴缸 2.剛好介於花園町站跟天下茶屋站中間 3.附近有超商、超市、業務超市 4.沒有鑰匙或磁卡，是電子鎖 5.入住簡單，沒有複雜手續 6.頂樓有洗衣機可以洗衣服 7.有小廚房，可以簡單料理
1.確實是老房子了，多少有一些味道，但也不確定是不是煙味就是了 2.隔音是真的不好，晚上會聽到外面的車聲或隔壁晚回來人的關門聲 3.浴室稍嫌小，但日本好像都是這樣，所以沒有什麼好抱怨的，不過至少很乾淨

有微波爐和可以做冰塊的冰箱，還有簡單的廚具很方便可以自己煮有洗衣機，而且曬衣方便 還有空中露台可休息
都很好，房東也會講中文很方便
