真的離地鐵很近，且出口附近就是一間超市，想買吃的喝都方便，走路3到5分鐘就有洗衣店（洗加烘）一次800日幣50分鐘，馬路對面有間可以退稅的藥店，店裡有位可以全英文溝通的男店員，藥店隔壁燒肉店要去吃不會讓人失望。
附近有間醫院，所以半夜都會有救護車的聲音，改排氣管的飆車族也很多，建議晚上帶耳塞睡覺，電梯裡有很重的煙味。

吹風機壞掉關不起來(要拔插頭才行)
冷氣不涼一直有異音太吵了，只能戴耳塞

住宿地點不錯，鄰近捷運很近
房間有奇怪的異味，不知道是水溝還是油煙機進來的味道。

価格がお得、駐車場は敷地内になかったですが近隣にコインパーキングが多数で、車での利用でも問題なかった。
設備の表記と違う部分があったので正しく表記しといてほしかった。具体的には洗濯機が無かった。
掃除機は有ったが前客のゴミが入ったままが見える掃除機だったのでゴミはない状態が良かった。
スリッパが汚かった、使い捨てタイプが良かった。
