The apartment is newly built, modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It has two terrace and a lift.
It's location is very good. There are plenty of buses witihn a few minutes of walk.
The sea is also in a short walk from the house.
The owner is helpful and contributory. Found answer to every question that appeared.
We were greated by mineral water, coffe and tea. 😉

A beautiful appartement with sea view. Accessible by stairs or lift. Washing machine, iron and ironing board came in very handy. Cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle in the appartement too. Local amenities are close by.

Once we had actually found the property which with the help of various locals, we finally did - It was so easy
The apartment is "seriously" fantastic. Very well equipped - everything provided - the kitchen has a full oven hob and everything you could possibly want if you want to seriously self-cater. the owner is available on WhatsApp etc to instantly answer any questions or visit personally. Nicely situated (once daylight arrived!). In my case (as a 70 year old) the TV which is the latest "mouse controlled" thing was difficult but Joe guided us through.
We always use S/C apartments and this one is, by far, the best we have had in over 10 years of booking them.
I would recommend it "every day of the week and twice on a Sunday" and if we come back to St. Pauls Bay we will stay here.
Didn't like is too strong a phrase. Our problem was actually finding it. Ok we chose to travel by bus from the airport (which is cheap, clean & easy) but we arrived after dark !! The apartment is situated 3 small streets back from the beach front (not far the streets are small & narrow)- but until you actually get your bearings in daylight - very difficult. Even with the help of 3 fabulous locals & Google Maps (which was not good because it kept saying "you have arrived ??! ) Luckily the lady across the road (who watched the place being refurbed) came out to walk her dog - Success!!
DO NOT let this minor minor point put you off booking this absolute gem of an apartment - just message Joe (the owner) who will give you a step by step guide.

we really enjoyed the stayed in this apartment! It is brand new, everything was clean and tidy. the host was very kind and helpful.
