The apartment was perfect for our needs, well maintained, very clean, good position
The check in procedure wasn't clear, I received an e mail asking me to check in on line but at no point did it say this was mandatory to receive check in information and that there was no option to check in on site. All that is needed to put this right is a sentence or 2 on the e mail I received regarding online check in. We didn't see or speak to any staff at all during our stay

We had a dance competition at Fairmont Chateau and the location was a nice walk through the trail. Close enough to walk and enjoy the beauty of Whistler. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
There was no aircon in the rooms but the room provided enough fans to keep you cool. Also, it seemed a bit outdated but still did its purpose.

The people involved at the front desk were all very good. The property itself needs some key maintenance. The Refrigerator made huge noise (abnormally loud) and that was a nuisance. The kitchen sink was leaking and water flowed down the drain on to the kitchen floor after washing .. That was very very bad.
