Everything is great. It's convenient for those arriving late or very early, so you don't have to bother anyone when checking in. They provide full information and a video tutorial on how to check in. It's clean and tidy inside. I'll tell you my story: I arrived a bit late, around 9 pm, a 5-minute walk from the train station with my suitcase. Following the instructions, I opened both doors with the combination lock, got the key from the safe, brought my things in, took a bath, and ate (there are various teas, a kettle, and dishes). It's spacious inside, and there are instructions everywhere.
At first, the lighting in the entryway was confusing (I arrived late and it was dark). I figured it out later; I was tired and in a hurry and didn't notice the switches at the entrance.

Der Check in hat super geklappt, Kontakt mit Infos über Whatsapp ebenfalls gut
Keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster konnte zum Lüften nicht wirklich geöffnet werden, weil es zu einem geschlossenen Innenhof zeigt.
