Very good place great value just can be noisy but that’s out of their control

No breakfast. Great location. Ut a bit of a rough neighborhood- no problems though.

The noise. The first night was very loud until the party in the apartment below left at 1:30 AM.

Really clean and modernly furnished room. Everything is new and felt like a five-star hotel. Was really comfortable. Staff is really kind and helpful, replied immediately whenever we had some questions. Location is amazing, so central. We would definitely stay there again!!

great place for exploring Trento

very short stroll from the train station; ones you find your way into the room after pressing numerous buttons (the 2nd time you enter its no problem) - I enjoyed the big bed, big TV, big bathroom, everything very clean; you can make your tea or coffee in the mordern kitchen; there're lots of options for breakfast in the old town of Trento which also is short a short walk

Very lovely place, excellent location and good value for money

I have to travel to Trento occasionally for my work and I have already stayed twice at House of Bruno. It’s extremely close to the train station and the city centre, has brand new facilities and very clean (which is not always the case with italian b&bs), so overall I was very pleased with my stay there. It is also excellent value for money

Maybe more comfortable pillows, and perhaps some forks or plates so you could just eat your snack or dinner there if you are not eating out

La possibilità di poter visitare i vari monumenti della città con facilità...Buona la posizione e la zona parcheggio. Struttura vicina a Ristoranti e negozi vari.

La mancanza dell'aria condizionata...penso che sia indispensabile nei periodi caldi. Non è stato semplice la presenza di un solo Bagno per 4 persone.

Keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster konnte zum Lüften nicht wirklich geöffnet werden, weil es zu einem geschlossenen Innenhof zeigt.

Una bella esperienza in una struttura pulita e confortevole

sicuramente la pulizia, l'accesso alla struttura, la smart tv grande e ben posizionata, la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni/autobus

Non c'era un armadio dove poter mettere i vestiti, ma solo uno spazio aperto con 2 stampelle. (avevo diversi cambi per affrontare le escursioni, pertanto ho avuto difficoltà nell'appendere i miei abiti e gli asciugamani, visto che avevo il bagno in condivisione). Avrei preferito un armadio con più stampelle all'interno. Avrei preferito ci fosse una macchina del caffè invece del caffè solubile, e mi è dispiaciuto un po che la struttura non offrisse la prima colazione.

boa localização e falta de cortesia

localização é ótima bem ao lado da estação de trem, como fui de trem para mim foi conveniente, se tivesse ido de carro, já não seria um diferencial porque a cidade é pequena. Além disso as roupas de camas são boas. E um supermercado de frente,

do atendimento, quando eu cheguei estava cansada, já havia pago a hospedagem e ele só liberou o acesso após eu pagar apenas 3 euros de taxa da cidade, eu fiquei preocupada achando que levaria muito tempo, não demorou, mas achei deselegante. Outra questão, eu loquei algumas estadias pelo booking e depois recebi um desconto no Expedia e reservei o último dia pelo Expedia, só que mesmo colocando minha filha * criança por algum motivo não contabililizou, e ele me chamou a atenção para isso.... ele me deixou preocupada, por parar de responder quando eu pedi para o expedia pedir para ele cancelar só para eu fazer o booking novamente no final ele não cancelou,,, me cobrou uma taxa a mais por ela, mesmo já tendo duas camas no quarto. eu concordei pois já tinha feito e já era o último dia. Por fim, é comum as hospedagem oferecerem um cartão de desconto nos onibus atrações etc, minha colega recebeu certinho ele ( ela estava em outra hospedagem) no meu caso essa hospedagem só deu o link para um dia apenas e deixou para eu preencher sem orientação e solicitar mais um dia, no final acabei nem aproveitando esse beneficio.... o banheiro era compartilhado, embora fosse novinho, no primeiro dia estava um pouco fedido, mas depois faxineiros simpaticos deixaram tudo bem limpinho... a cozinha é a mesma coisa que não ter nem um miojo eu consegui fazer, não tinha panela, utensílios nada.... era só para dizer que tinha mesmo.

Il bagno in comune non è mai la soluzione più confortevole, ma il problema maggiore (indipendente dalla struttura) è stato il vociare fino a tarda notte nella zona, normalmente tranquilla.

Solo pasamos una noche por que estábamos de viaje, la habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, al igual que los espacios en común. La ubicación muuuy buena, cerca de la estación de trenes y autobuses y del centro histórico. Lo recomiendo.

Fondamentalmente non c'è stato nulla di negativo. Forse, considerato che era una stanza con bagno condiviso, il prezzo era un po' alto.
