I’ve stayed at this property before and I absolutely loved it. But this trip wasn’t a good experience

It is in a good location.

One of my rooms wasn’t cleaned when we arrived after 5pm and the other unit the ac didn’t work. So we were really uncomfortable and sweat all night.

It was okay . The property itself was nice , maybe we just got a bad unit …. At first appearance the unit was okay but w

The site was nice they had 3 pools, 3 gyms and overall the property grounds were great

The unit itself had black mold in one of the windows , the humidity in the unit was so high that everything felt damp and just gross, there was a large stain on the master bedroom carpet , the couch was stained , there were not pan to cool with so I had to buy one , and there was a very large roach that had to be killed and a plethora of fruit flys and small ants (I think) am the water was a really dark yellow color .

Great facility, nice people in the office but calling in a problem gets you nowhere.

This was my only real issue. I was supposed to use a door code but it was broken. I had to make several phone calls and still got no where so I had to stay somewhere else my first night and then had to go to the office where maintenance confirmed it was not working and they finally got me keys to use. I stayed for 4 weeks and they never did get it working but I at least had the keys. I was told I would get a credit to my payment method and still have not received anything.

When calling in, they should actually help you and when promised a refund, you should actually get it. I called 4 times and it got me nowhere and I finally had to sit in the office and wait to be able to get into my unit.

No cable on TV. Not able to watch football games. Pool was closed all our time there. Pillow are really too soft. The worst thing is during the nights, widows are not providing enough darkness, it was really anoying every time a car passed by, the lights of the car were inlighted all my bedroom. You have to fix that.

Horrible, dirty and a lot of cockroaches!

Do not rent this units! It’s a total scam. The units does not look like the pictures, everything is older and super used. The apartment had a lot of cockroaches, they came from the toilet and the kitchen. There were a lot of them. The apartment was barely cleaned either. When we tried to contact the company that owned the units to tell them that we couldn’t stay they just answered “you need to wait until our department that’s responsible tell us how we can move forward”. We had to wait for almost a week until we got our money back. They didn’t give us another place to stay during the waiting. Horrible experience and disappointing way to treat people.

There was no breakfast. Location was good and looks very safe.

There was still some loose waste in the bin outside .maybe from the previous renter. Also I saw a few roaches and sugar ants on the kitchen counter. It can happen so no big deal for us.

Location was good. Apt layout was good.

First unit was dirty, had ants, and the a/c broke the first day. South Florida in the summer, it was very hot in the unit. The second unit we were moved to was much cleaner and cooler.

A safe and clean place for your family.

It’s a beautiful property, could not have asked for a better location, it was well kept and had everything we needed, definitely worth it. really felt nice seeing security vehicles patrolling at night. It is a bit more costly than Orlando rentals but I definitely would be back soon.

I would recommend adding a baking pan to the kitchen 🥰

A nice apartment with not so well maintained common facilities

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, well equipped, very good internet, two big size rooms. The kitchen has all the required utensils and there are 3 big flat TVs. They provide you with all the required consumables like dishwasher soap, trash bags. The support team where very helpful and swift. The AC worked well.

The pool and other common facilities don’t seem to be well maintained. There are some keys and bracelets inside the apartment but no instructions on what they are used for. There was no information on where to leave the trash bags. The garbage disposal was not working, after reporting it the maintenance team repaired but but left a small water drip.

the apartment was very nice ( however, the cleaning crew obviously don’t clean.. it’s no sense to charge ppl cleaning fees when the staff isn’t cleaning top notch.) seriously I was mad about this this part is a scam..( cleaning fee) I give cleaning a 1 out of 10.

the apartment wasn’t cleaned enough, I had to go buy bleach and cleaning supplies to clean before I settled in. it was obvious cleaning too. I didn’t like the fact that the water is a dirty looking color. they told me it was normal, once I mentioned it…but failed to tell me before.

the grills didn’t work, the staff wouldn’t help us to try to get them to work. our bed in the master room was almost on the floor, the wooden slats underneath were not put together properly. The water wouldn’t go down in the drain. and the washing machine wasn’t plugged in.

The location and amenities outside the property were excellent (playground and pool)

The property was filthy throughout. Not just dirty, filthy. The floors were covered in dirty and hair and bits of rubble almost. All the cupboards, plates, cutlery, pot and pan were also dirty. The dishwasher didn’t work and wasn’t fixed till 5 days into our stay. The water was also yellow.

Our stay was great, the family enjoy it and the home was well kept.

The location of the accommodation is convenient. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The owners carried out every method to ensure that the guest had the necessary items to sanitize themselves and the home.

There was nothing I can recall that I did not like. However, one of the bedrooms occupied by two of the family members did not have a television, hence they were disappointed that they were unable to watch TV from the room. The stay did not allow us to utilize the facilities as that was not in our plans as our weekend visit was to unite with relatives abroad.
